Under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 there is a statutory requirements for all businesses in Peterborough to have a current Fire Risk Assessment. This must be carried out by a competent person and be documented where the business employs 5 or more individuals.
In addition to many general commercial and industrial premises, we are proud to include a number of schools and residential care homes amongst our many clients. We also specialise in carrying out fire risk assessments on Houses in Multiple Occupancy (i.e. HMOs).
